Yes. You need only sign a one-time waiver declaring that neither you nor your doctor will directly bill Medicare for our services. Medicare will still cover any laboratory testing, imaging, medications, or hospitalizations prescribed by our offices.

We accept patients with all types of insurance and we can use your insurance for the “big stuff” like imaging, labs, medications and referrals. What we don’t do is bill your insurance for office visits, strep or flu tests or in office procedures. For your care here in our office we leave out the middleman who has no real vested interest in you as a person or a patient and we remain faithful to the doctor-patient relationship. Perhaps the greatest distinction between Elevate Medical and other primary care offices is the relationship between you and your doctor. This allows us the freedom to provide the care you need without the say of a third party. It also allows us the ability to provide wholesale prices on medication, labs, and imagining.

Yes. We recommend our patients continue a major medical plan with a high deductible and a health savings account to ensure financial help should hospitalization or referral to a specialist be necessary. We’re happy to refer you to insurance representatives who can help customize an insurance plan to your specific needs.
